Thank you for choosing Cell Phone Fix-ER for your mobile device repair needs. Our team is dedicated to providing you with high-quality repair services. By availing of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

**Services**

1. Diagnostic and Repair: We will diagnose and repair your device as per your request. A diagnostic fee may apply; however, this fee may be waived if you proceed with the recommended repair services.

2. Service Timeframe: Repair times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and workload. We will endeavor to complete your repair in a timely fashion, but delays may occur.

3. Parts: We use genuine or high-quality third-party parts for repairs. Part availability may affect repair times and costs. We provide a warranty on parts replaced by us as defined in the Warranty section below.

4. Data: Please back up your data before submitting your device for repair. Cell Phone Fix-ER is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of the repair process.

5. Unauthorized Service: Any previous unauthorized repair services or attempts may limit our ability to repair your device and could render this warranty void.

**Customer Obligations**

1. Ownership: You must own the device or be able to provide proof of ownership upon request before we begin any repair work.

2. Accurate Information: Providing accurate and current contact information is crucial. We are not liable for any delays or failure to notify you of your service's status due to incorrect contact details.

**Fees and Payments**

1. Estimates: All estimates are subject to change upon further diagnosis. Final repair costs will be communicated before proceeding with repairs.

2. Payment: Full payment is expected upon completion of the repair. We accept various methods of payment, which are subject to change.

3. Non-payment: Devices left without payment for services rendered may be considered abandoned after a period defined by local regulations, and Cell Phone Fix-ER may dispose of the device to recoup costs.

**Warranty**

1. Limited Warranty: All repairs carry a 90-day warranty from the date of repair, covering parts and labor for the repair performed. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, accidental damage, or issues arising from misuse of the device.

2. Warranty Limitations: Warranty does not apply to devices that have been damaged or tampered with after the initial repair, including subsequent unauthorized repair attempts.

**Liability**

Cell Phone Fix-ER's liability for damages related to our services shall not exceed the cost of the repair or replacement of the device. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of use during or after the service duration.

**Dispute Resolution**

Any disputes arising out of these terms of service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.

**Modification of Terms**

Cell Phone Fix-ER reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes agreement to the new terms.
